Just a little bit in love with these striped knit shorts for little boys from Gap Kids. There is no excuse for him looking like a Jersey Shore extra at gymnastics in those ridiculous two piece track suits. Even Pauly D has a tough time pulling that one off. Instead he shall look both chic and soigné. Whether he ever achieves a somersault is not, in fact, important. It's looking good while he attempts it that counts. N'est ce pas?

I am accustomed to Holt Renfrew Bloor Street being a veritable hive of activity. What I am not used to is being taken out at the knees in the shoe department (unless someone is feeling a special conviction to acquire the last pair of size 8 Jimmy Choos - true story). In this case, there seemed to me to be an unusual amount of the under 3 foot set in the store today - no doubt taking advantage of a certain exciting promotion- before heading to the cafe for a brunch tartine, hold the rose.
Armani Junior and Free The Children were in the spotlight today at an event hosted by Holt Renfrew's own Director of Brand Strategy Alexandra Weston, launching the new Limited Edition Armani Junior baby blanket. Proceeds from the blankets go towards supporting Masai mothers and their babies in a Free The Children community providing necessary healthcare, clean water and support for the first year of life.
While I wasn't able to stay for the actual launch fete, the event was still attended by Free The Children co-founder Marc Kielburger and Me to We co-CEO Roxanne Joyal, as well as special guests from Kenya - Masaai mamas, and Artisans. I am sure that even in my absence, it was a raging success. And I am still regretful about missing my brunch tartine!
