Kate Moss x Topshop is Finally Here

Photos courtesy Topshop

The long-awaited Kate Moss x Topshop collection has finally arrived and I want everything. Like the supermodel herself, the collection is edgy, eclectic and incomparably cool. From the rocker (see the floral metallic blouse, star camis and a fringed black dress), to the boho babe (embroidered smock dresses and pyjama trousers) to the innocent ingénue, (bright chiffon dresses), the line covers Moss's many sides. And for someone like me who dresses to suit my daily mood, the collection feels deeply (albeit most superficially) satisfying. Pick up the collection now online and at select Hudson's Bay stores across Canada.

Kate made an appearance at Topshop’s Oxford Circus store this week before hosting a star-studded dinner to celebrate the launch, attended by Cara Delevigne, Sienna Miller, Suki Waterhouse and Naomi Campbell.  See the photos – and what everyone wore – below:

Christian Siriano for Payless + RW&CO.'s New Shoe Collection

With Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week in full New York swing, I've already started making my must-have list for Fall '13. Christian Siriano (of Project Runway fame) showed his Russian Opera-themed collection on Saturday, and I immediately added his opulent gold and black looks to my list.  As fate would have it, I just received a memo that Christian Siriano and Payless ShoeSource have teamed up again, but here's the best part - starting Feb. 18, a direct-from-the-runway shoe featured in Siriano's show will be carried at hundreds of Payless stores nationwide for only $45.  How's that for instant gratification?

Says Siriano, "Fashion Week is always about the coming season -- fashion available five months out -- but I wanted to bring shoppers a direct-from-the-runway look that is available ASAP and at a great price."

The LeToile is an opened-up sling-back dress pump with a platform sole featuring all-over black patent, a criss-cross detail at the toe and a playful animal print lining. Twelve additional shoe designs hit the runway and these styles will inspire the Fall '13 Christian Siriano for Payless Gold collection available at Payless this September.  Check out the video below to see the shoe in action...

Meanwhile, RW&CO. just announced their first ever shoe collection, available in stores this March.  The collection comprises pointy-toe flats, metallic t-straps and the cool colour-blocked sandals seen above (among others), and ranges between $70 - $90. Want! To check out more shoes from the collection, read on here.

Cara Delevingne for Zara Spring Summer 2013

Cara Delevingne for Zara TRF S/S 2013

On this beyond frigid day, I was looking for something, anything to warm me up.  Thanks to Zara, I'm feeling positively breezy after seeing their new Spring/Summer Campaign starring It Brit, Cara Delevingne.  The model (and Burberry muse) is seen enjoying all those iconic summer moments - cruising with the top down, splashing barefoot in the waves, hitting up the ferris wheel.  I must have that white maxi dress.  And I want to be as cool as Cara Delevingne.

Always-in-the-know Flare editor, Ryan Michael Cheung hinted on Twitter the other day that a Zara Canadian e-comm site is imminent:

I've been pestering Zara's office for deets but everyone's keeping it locked for now.  Will let you know the moment I hear any news.  This would both improve my life drastically and destroy any hopes of staying on budget.  Double-edged sword, but a risk I'm willing to take.

Update: I just got confirmation that a Toronto company is working on the e-comm site and it's launching SOON. Still vague, but a confirmation nonetheless
